I've just emailed you, but in case it gets into your spam box, here it is again.

1 cup AP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda - sift all together and set aside

1/3 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup good honey
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt - beat until fluffy
Add 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and mix briefly until lumpy.
Beat in 1 large egg. Lightly fold in the flour mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup whole-milk yoghurt or sour cream until only a few white streaks remain.
It's important not to over mix.

Optional: Fold in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate at the end.

Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes or until tested done.

Enjoy!Deehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03267248587191034097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5771072415497805924.post-90962059894016423442009-02-14T14:07:00.000-08:002009-02-14T14:07:00.000-08:00I dont have any fancy stores here either and I hav...I dont have any fancy stores here either and I haven't seen those those flavored powders.
